These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, courses, mentoring, and education provided by Deluxe Beauty Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a course, or enrolling in mentoring, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS (BEAUTY SERVICES)

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The deposit will be deducted from your total service price, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING (BEAUTY SERVICES)

All cancellations and rescheduling must be made via Timely, accessible through your appointment confirmation email.

  • 48 hours or more notice:
    Your deposit remains transferable and may be used toward a future booking within 8 weeks, subject to availability.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice:
    Your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice:
    100% of the total service price will be charged to compensate for time and business lost. The remaining balance will be processed using the card on file.

3. NO SHOWS

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service price being charged. This amount must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made.

4. LATE ARRIVALS

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period.

  • If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your appointment time will be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service cannot be provided and the full service amount will be charged using the card on file.

5. GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher expiry dates will be stated at the time of purchase. Deluxe Beauty Co is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

6. COURSES & IN-PERSON EDUCATION

All in-person courses require full payment to secure your place. Course dates, inclusions, and requirements will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Due to limited availability and preparation involved, course payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Deluxe Beauty Co reserves the right to reschedule courses if necessary, in which case an alternative date or credit will be offered.

7. MENTORING & BUSINESS EDUCATION

Mentoring is offered on a subscription basis with a minimum commitment period, as outlined at the time of purchase.

  • Mentoring is billed weekly unless otherwise stated.

  • After the minimum commitment, mentoring continues on a flexible week-to-week basis.

  • A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel mentoring after the initial term.

Mentoring is advisory in nature and results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and implementation.

8. ONLINE COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

(Future offering – included for coverage)

Online courses, digital products, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking and following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.

Deluxe Beauty Co reserves the right to refuse service where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of our services.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

Deluxe Beauty Co reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
