Built to Scale is a 10 week 1:1 mentorship program designed for beauty professionals ready to grow their business with structure and support. Enrolment is intentionally limited to a small number of mentees at a time, ensuring a genuinely personalised experience rather than a generic, high volume program. Throughout the 10 weeks, mentees receive consistent coaching calls and direct guidance on content strategy, client attraction, pricing and sustainable business scaling. The program is offered on a simple weekly payment plan, with most clients finding that the investment is covered within just 2-3 additional client bookings. Mentees also have the option to continue beyond the initial 10 week period should they wish to keep progressing.

We start by looking at exactly where your content and business stand right now, not where you think they stand. What's working, what's just noise and where the actual gaps are that you might not even realise are there.

STRATEGY

From that audit, we build a plan around your business specifically, not a generic framework handed to every client the same way. Whether that's growing a client base in a new city, filling quiet periods or scaling past where you've plateaued, the strategy is built around your goals, not a template

This is where direction turns into an actual system. One built around your business, not generic advice. You'll walk away with structure and a plan you can actually follow, instead of posting and hoping something lands.

Grow

Ten weeks minimum of someone building this with you. Not handing you a plan on day one and disappearing. Real accountability and direction that adjusts as your business actually moves, with the option to continue on past the 10 weeks if you want to keep building.

  • All of it. I take a small number of mentees at a time, so it stays one on one rather than a group program you get lost in and is completely personalised to you and your business.
