REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

BEAUTY SERVICES

  • Deposits are required to secure bookings and are deducted from your total.

  • Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice or more allow deposit transfer within 8 weeks.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice result in deposit forfeiture.

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice incur a 100% service charge.

  • No shows are charged in full.

COURSES & EDUCATION

  • Course payments are non-refundable.

  • Transfers or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

  • If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by Deluxe Beauty Co, an alternative date or credit will be provided.

MENTORING

  • Mentoring requires a minimum commitment period of 10 weeks.

  • After the initial term, mentoring continues week-to-week.

  • 14 days’ notice is required to cancel mentoring after the minimum term.

  • Payments made before cancellation are non-refundable.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Must be used within the stated validity period.
